• bk9910 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or any other illegal activity associated with the account.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has been found to be operating under a self-exclusion agreement.
• bk9910 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your bk9910 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Upon receipt of a closure request, bk9910 will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance (subject to standard KYC and AML checks) and deactivate your account.
